Difference between research questions aims and objectives

Research question is the central question of the study that has to be answered on the basis of research findings. How should your objectives be stated? Achievement of research aim provides answer to the research question. Every educational activity should have a goal. Are those behaviours cognitive, affective or psychomotor?
